Reservations can also be made at the Longwood Inn by telephone, e-mail or fax. You are also welcome to stop by in person to make arrangements if you are in the area. Our office hours are generally Monday - Saturday 9 am until 9 pm, and Sunday 9 am until 5 pm Eastern Standard time. We can be reached by telephone during office hours at 617-566-8615. Our e-mail address is email@example.com, and our fax number is 617-738-1070. Reservations by telephone are preferable.
To guarantee a reservation we require a deposit in advance, usually a check or money order (foreign reservations U.S. Postal Money Order) made payable to The Longwood Inn, and mailed to The Longwood Inn, 123 Longwood Avenue, Brookline, MA 02446. If time does not permit, we will take a credit card deposit. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
CHECK IN: Check in is at 3:00PM. However, if you arrive prior to 3:00PM we try very hard to accommodate each guest as soon as we can.
LATE CHECK IN: If you anticipate arriving later than 9:00 PM please call the inn to make arrangements for a late check in. Our front desk closes at approximately 9:00 PM Monday – Saturday, and 5:00 pm on Sunday. Check in after the office is closed is self-check in. When you enter the second lobby door, on the right hand side bulletin board you will find your name listed with a corresponding key box number. To open the key box, located on the left hand wall, enter the last four digits of the credit card you used to make the reservation with. Your room key with room location instructions will be in an envelope. You will need to sign your credit card slip, which will be attached to your room location instructions. Please let us know your approximate arrival time.
CHECK OUT: Check out time for guests and vehicle is 11am.
Cancellations made MORE THAN 14 days prior to arrival date will result in a refund of the deposit less a 15% service charge. Cancellations WITHIN 14 days of the arrival date, regardless of reason, will result in a forfeiture of total deposit amount. There are no refunds due to medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or cancelled flights, ferry reservations etc.
There are no refunds for shortened stays or later arrivals. If you fail to show up for your reservation and do not notify the inn 48 hours prior to your arrival you will be charged for the entire stay.
