Reservations can be made at the Longwood Inn by telephone, e-mail or fax. You are also welcome to stop by in person to make arrangements if you are in the area. Our office is open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Eastern Standard time seven days a week. We can be reached by telephone during office hours at 617-566-8615. To guarantee a reservation we require a deposit in advance, usually a check or money order (foreign reservations U.S. Postal Money Order) made payable to The Longwood Inn, and mailed to The Longwood Inn, 123 Longwood Avenue, Brookline, MA 02446. If time does not permit, we will take a credit card deposit. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change after booking a room you should let us know as soon as possible. To issue a refund of your deposit, an advance notice of two weeks before your arrival date is required during the summer season or one week during the winter season. For shorter notices, the room would have to be booked to another party for the length of your stay in order for us to refund a deposit. If possible, cancellation notice of more than two weeks is appreciated, making it easier for us to accommodate other guests.
